Overview
Once your taxable supplies cross AED 375,000 in any 12-month period, VAT registration with the FTA is mandatory — within 30 days. Missing this triggers an AED 10,000 penalty plus back-dated VAT. Voluntary registration from AED 187,500 lets you reclaim input VAT.
